Spatial and Temporal Variations in the Ecological Efficiency and Ecosystem Service Value of Agricultural Land in China

In-depth analysis of spatial and temporal variations in the ecological efficiency agricultural land has important theoretical practical significance achieving efficient utilization land, coordinated development natural resources environment, formulation sustainable policies. By including carbon emissions pollution as undesired output indicators use, introducing service values indicators, an SBM-Undesirable model which can not only avoid deviation caused by difference radial angular selection, but also reflect essence evaluation, was used to estimate 30 provinces, municipalities autonomous regions China from 2004 2017. Spatial differences were then analyzed. The results show that (1) decreased overall (2) eco-efficiency highest eastern lowest central moderate western provinces. (3) Among input redundancy rates chemical fertilizer film too high. (4) China’s use evolved towards harmonious environment economy. Due excessive fertilizers, films other factors cause pollution, there been a one-sided increase economic improvements value have inhibited. Based on research results, feasible suggestions are put forward improve China.
